Dear Riders and Friends,
Our horses are starting to feel better and are on the road to recovery. However, they have not yet been given the go ahead to return to lessons from the Veterinarian. Because we value our horses and their well-being, we have had to make the decision that classes will not be held the week of September 22 – 28. Hacking, Lead Line Pony Rides, and The Fall Nature Ride will also be canceled.
I know that many of you are disappointed that lessons have not begun and that you are not able to ride. It was a very difficult choice to make, but we want to ensure that we have our long-time friends and companions with us for many rides to come in the future.
We thank you for your understanding, continued support and well wishes. We do suggest that to get your “horse fix” – come out to one of the Lipizzan performances this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Tickets are still on sale at $20 per person through 5pm Thursday, and go up to $25 thereafter. We would like to remind everyone coming to the shows that the Lord Stirling Stable barns are closed to all visitors.
We will send out another update next week.

We are very exicted about the return of the Lippizans to Lord Stirling Stable. Please see our Lipizzan event page for details and to order tickets.
