You are responsible for coming to Lord Stirling with fit horses, sound tack/harness, and a vehicle in good repair. All participants are expected to keep safety in mind and to avoid endangering themselves, other riders/drivers and spectators by their actions.
ASTM protective headgear with permanently attached chin strap REQUIRED for anyone on the carriage.
By your entry you acknowledge that you understand the risks of horse activities and that you have read, agreed to, and signed the release. It is also a pledge to abide by the rules of the event and use only those fields, trails, and areas on the official course or warm-up areas.
ALWAYS remove the horse from the shafts before removing the bridle. NEVER leave a harnessed andhitched horse unattended.

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on SCPC property.
A team consists of 2 people. No one goes out alone. VSE given special consideration.
