Uno

Uno served many years as a school horse focusing primarily on beginner riding levels as well as giving public trail rides, working in the therapeutic recreation programs, and spending summer camps with hundreds of Junior riders over the years.

 

Uno loves people and his upbeat personality earned him the title as an ambassador of the Stable. He was placed in the "front stall" to greet customers and was also featured at the local 4-H fairs in his younger days. Uno enjoys grooming, treats, hand grazing, and afternoon naps! He is peaceful with other horses and makes an excellent companion horse, but would also enjoy some light leadline walks with children.

 

Uno has some special needs in his old age and would love to be pampered and loved on by a family of his own to live out his well-deserved retirement!

 

Uno is up-to-date on shots, dental and farrier care, and worming. He will be adopted to an approved home only. References, an adoption fee, and an adoption agreement are required.
